Car rentals
Cancellation more than 7 days before pick-up: full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund. [Confirm these periods before launch.] If we have to cancel because the vehicle is unavailable, you receive a full refund or, if you prefer, an equivalent vehicle. The security deposit hold is released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, normally within 7 days depending on your bank.
Concierge, events and experiences
Our fee is refundable until we start work on the request. Third-party costs (hotels, restaurants, tickets, venues) follow the cancellation terms of each provider, which are shown in your quotation before you approve it.
Luxury goods
If you are a consumer and bought at a distance, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by writing to info@eteknotions.com. Return the goods unworn, with all tags, packaging and documents, within 14 days of telling us; return shipping and insurance are at your cost. We refund the price of the goods and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving them back. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Our sourcing fee is not refundable once the piece has been bought on your behalf with your approval.
If a piece does not match its description or is not genuine, we take it back and refund you in full, including shipping.
Vehicle sourcing, purchase and sale
The fees and cancellation terms are those of the written mandate you sign. The purchase price of a vehicle is paid to the seller or the notary under the sale agreement, not to ETEK, unless the mandate says otherwise.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account used for payment. Card refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
