How it is billed
A retainer includes a set number of requests each month and a named concierge. Third-party costs, such as hotels, flights or venues, are invoiced at cost with their receipts, separately from our fee. Every invoice carries the details your accounts team needs: our SIREN and VAT numbers, the purchase order reference and the VAT breakdown.
Onboarding
We sign a services agreement with your company, confirm who may make requests and their spending limits, and agree how approvals work. This keeps every booking traceable and within policy.
