What we do
We listen to your criteria, brief licensed estate agents, organise visits and help you compare the options. Once you choose, the estate agent and the notary carry out the transaction under French law. We then take care of the practical side of moving: utilities, schools, movers, household staff and introductions.
What we do not do
ETEK NOTIONS does not hold property sale or rental funds and does not act as an estate agent, a property manager or a financial adviser. Any deposit or purchase price is paid directly to the notary or the licensed agent.
