What we collect and why
Service requests: name, email or phone, the service, budget, location, date and your description. Used to reply and prepare a quotation (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract). Bookings and orders: name, email, phone, dates, place, payment status and amounts. Used to perform the contract and send invoices (legal basis: contract; legal obligation for invoices). Identity checks: ID document and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. Used only where anti-money-laundering or rental rules require it (legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest in preventing fraud). Website analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies (legal basis: consent).
Payment data
Card payments are made on Stripe’s secure page. We never receive or store your card number. Stripe, Inc. and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd process payment data as independent controllers under their own privacy policy.
Who receives your data
Only the people at ETEK who handle your request, and the partners needed to deliver it (for example a hotel, a carrier or an insurer), our payment provider Stripe, our website host and email provider, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Stripe, may process data outside the European Union. In that case transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a contract: 3 years from our last contact. Contracts and invoices: 10 years, as required by French accounting law. Identity-check records: 5 years after the end of the relationship, as required by anti-money-laundering law. Analytics data: 13 months at most.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@eteknotions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website uses HTTPS, access to client records is limited to authorised staff, and card data is handled only by Stripe.
