Luxury goods
Goods are delivered by insured, tracked courier with signature on delivery, or handed over in person in Paris by appointment. The delivery method, cost and estimated date are stated in your quotation. Typical times once the piece is in our hands: Paris 1 to 2 working days, France 2 to 3 working days, European Union 3 to 5 working days, rest of the world 5 to 10 working days.
Insurance covers the full value of the piece until it is delivered to you. Check the parcel on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if it is damaged.
Customs and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient unless your quotation says otherwise. We provide the invoice and documents customs require.
Vehicles
Rental cars are handed over at our Paris office or delivered to the address chosen at booking, at the time booked. Vehicles bought through us are delivered by insured, enclosed transport; the date, cost and handover arrangements are set out in your mandate.
Services
Concierge services, events and experiences are delivered on the dates and at the places in your quotation or booking confirmation.
