What cookies are

Cookies we use
Essential, always on: etek_consent remembers your cookie choice for 6 months; pll_language remembers your language for 1 year; WordPress security cookies for logged-in staff only. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.
Analytics, only if you accept: Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*), kept for 13 months at most, used to count visits and see which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised.
Changing your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing cookies does not stop you using the site.
