How it works

Six steps, in the same order for every client. You always know what has been agreed and what you are paying for.

  1. Consultation

    We talk through what you need, by phone, video or in person in Paris. The first consultation is free.

  2. Verification & requirements

    We confirm your identity and the details of the request. For vehicles and high-value goods this includes ID and, where required, proof of address and source of funds.

  3. Quotation

    You receive a written proposal: the service, the price, the payment schedule and the terms.

  4. Approval

    Nothing is booked or bought until you approve the quotation in writing.

  5. Secure payment

    You pay ETEK by card through Stripe or by bank transfer, against an invoice. The funds are used only for the service you approved.

  6. Delivery

    We carry out the service, deliver the goods or hand over the vehicle, then send the final invoice and any documents.

Payments & client funds

ETEK NOTIONS provides luxury concierge, sourcing and lifestyle services. We are not a bank, payment institution, money-transfer business or escrow service. Payments are accepted solely for contracted goods and services.

  • A signed quotation or contract, and an invoice, for every engagement
  • Identity checks (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks where the law requires them
  • Vehicle and supplier documents kept on file and shared with the client
  • Card payments processed by Stripe; ETEK never stores card details
  • Personal data handled under the GDPR
