Car rentals are charged by the hour at published rates. Concierge requests have a “from” price. Everything else is set out in a written quotation before work starts. Goods bought for you are invoiced separately from our fee.

After you approve the quotation, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer, against an invoice. Car rentals are paid online when you book. We never accept funds without a contracted service.

Yes. We buy only through reputable, verified channels, and we do not deal in counterfeit, replica or stolen goods. Authenticity and provenance documents are handed to you wherever they exist.

A passport or ID card, a driving licence held for the number of years shown on the car’s page, and a credit card in the driver’s name for the deposit. The minimum age is also shown on each car’s page.

Yes. Choose the delivery option when you book: an address in Paris or Paris-CDG and Paris-Orly airports. The delivery price is added to the total before you pay.

Yes, under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which sets out the deadlines and any fees for each type of service. It is included in every quotation and linked at the bottom of every page.

For vehicles and high-value goods, French anti-money-laundering rules and our insurers require us to know who our clients are. Documents are used only for these checks and kept securely for the period the law sets.

Yes. Companies can use us per project or on a monthly retainer, with a services agreement, named requesters, spending limits and invoices that carry everything their accounts team needs.
