ETEK Concierge handles the requests that take time: a table that is fully booked, a car at the airport at 6 a.m., a hotel suite during fashion week, or a birthday gift delivered to the right door. You make one request and we take care of every step after it.
How we work
Every request starts with a short consultation. We confirm what you need, by when, and your budget. You then receive a written quotation that lists our fee and any third-party costs, such as hotel, restaurant or ticket prices, which are always shown separately. Nothing is booked until you approve the quotation.
Payment is taken only for the services in that quotation, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer against an invoice. ETEK NOTIONS does not hold client money for any other purpose.
Who it is for
Private clients visiting or living in Paris, families, executives and the assistants who organise their schedules. For companies that need the same service every month, see our Corporate services.
What we do not do
We only arrange lawful services through licensed and established partners. We do not provide security or protection services, and we do not arrange anything that requires a licence we or our partners do not hold.
